Q: How do I place an order?

A:
It's simple! Add the products to your cart by clicking on the the "Add to Cart" button. Make sure you include the name(s), date, color and any other wrapper information I may need. When you are done shopping, click on the "View Cart" button and you can proceed to checkout. First time customers will be required to register. Return customers can save time by simply inserting their username and password.
Q: What type of paper do you use?

Our matte wrappers are printed on matte photo paper for crisp, clean graphics. All glossy wrappers are printed on glossy photo paper. Wrappers are printed with a photo inkjet printer.
Q: Are your wrappers waterproof?
.
A:
No, our wrappers are not *waterproof*. We do not recommend handling wrapper with wet hands. Also, please don't refrigerate or freeze chocolates with wrappers on them as the chocolates may sweat.
Q: How do I know what the final wrapper will look like?
.
A:
You will get samples to choose from after you place your order. What you see on the page is what you will get for wrappers. Please note that I do my best to match colors but I cannot promise exactly what you see is the exact shade you'll get due to differing monitor resolutions. When in doubt, you can send me something via snail mail to match to.
Q: How long does it take before my wrappers are shipped?

A:
Most orders will be processed in about 10-14 days from the time you approve your sample. First class shipping can take 3-10 days for delivery once your order is shipped, so please add this time in to our processing time when calculating the shipping needed to receive your order in time. Priority service takes 2-3 days. Express service is the fastest at 1-2 days.
*NOTE: Please factor in processing time of order in addition to delivery times when choosing your shipping option during checkout.
Q: Do these wrappers come with chocolates?

If you are looking at the "Wrappers" items, they are wrappers only. If you are looking under "Fully Assembled Favors", these come with the chocolates/candy as well. Pleae note, due to the possibility of melting, assembled favors can only be shipped Express or Priority mail, and only on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure that favors do not sit in a mail hub over the weekend. * Please note, we do not recommend shipping chocolates between May and September due to the high risk of melting.
Q: Are the wrappers hard to put on the chocolates?

A:
Not at all!! The wrappers come to you precut and ready to put on the wrappers. I also include simple instructions so they will take you no time to do! You just need double sided tape (preferred method) or a glue stick and some time. A piece of tape goes on the back bottom of the wrapper behind my website. You then center the design on the front and pull the ends to meet in the back. It takes me almost an hour to assemble 120 mini wrappers on the chocolates. I use the double sided on the mini's as well as the standard bars.
Q: Where can I find the chocolates for a good price?

A:
Chocolates can be purchased at discount stores such as WalMart or Target for a very reasonable price. A 23oz bag of miniatures (approximately 70 miniatures) costs about $3.50 or the new 40oz bag (130 miniatures) costs about $7.50. Chocolates can also be purchased warehouse type stores such as Sam's Club, BJ's & Costco.
Q: What size chocolates do your wrappers fit?

The mini wrappers fit HERSHEY’S™ Minatures. The standard size wrappers fit HERSHEY’S™ 1.55 oz Chocolate bars....the ones you'd find at the checkout counter. Kisses labels fit the bottom of HERSHEY’S™ kisses. Lollipop cards fit most lollipops. All my wrappers are designed go over the original wrappers on the bars--please do not remove original packaging as there is very important ingredient information included there.
Q: I don't see a place to attach my photo, what do I do?

A:
After you place your order, you can reply to the invoice received via email and attach the photo there. Alternately, you can create an new email and send it to me as an attachment to photos@miniwrappers4you.com. Please send your photo in .jpg format if possible and send it full size...we can crop & resize it as needed.
Q: What size photo works best?
.
A:
If you mail it, a 5x7 is best so I can shrink it to the size I need but I can usually work with any size.
If you are emailing a digital photo, please do not resize it--send the original size photo with the original resolution. If you want any special effects such as soft edges or cropping, I can do it for you. Please be aware that the quality of the photo that prints on your wrapper depends on the quality of the photo you send! Please send your photo in a .jpg format.
Q: What if I can't email my photo?

If you can't email your photo, please email us via the contact form and we will send you the address to mail your photo. Please only send copies of heirloom photos or those that cannot be easily replaced in case they get lost in the mail! All photos will be returned with your order.
Q: What clipart do you offer?

You can find a sampling of our graphics for each category within the product descriptions. If you don't see what you're looking for, email us! We have many more images we can show you.
Q: Can you use popular characters to match my birthday theme?
.
A:
Unfortunately due to copyright issues, I cannot use popular characters on wrappers. I can try and find a "knock off" graphic for you or use the same colors/fonts to match your theme.
Q: Is faster shipping available?

A:
YES! When you checkout, can select Priority Service upgrade (2-3 days on average) We also offer Express Service (1-2 days) if you need your order sooner.
*Orders over $200 will receive FREE Priority Mail shipping.
Q: Do you ship to other countries?
.
A:
I ship within the US and Canada at this time. If you're in another country, please email me and I'll see what I can do.
Q: Do you ship to military addresses?
.
A:
Yes, I do. Military address can take up to 8 weeks for you to receive your package going first class. I recommend upgrading to priority service to help you get your package sooner. I'm not responsible for packages once they ship to a military address.
Q: What payments do you accept?
.
A:
We accept Visa and Mastercard payments through our secure site. You may also choose to pay by PayPal if you would like to use your Visa, Masterdard, AMEX, or Discover card. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this option. We also accept checks and money orders. If you pay via check, your order will be held for 10 days before shipping.
Q: Do you have a minimum order requirement?

If you look at the products, you see the price per XX number of wrappers. That is our minimum.
Q: I don't have a Paypal Account, what do I do?
.
A:
You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal. Just enter the payment info on the secured PayPal site. If you do not wish to use PayPal fo your order, you may also pay by credit card via our secured site - we accept Visa and Mastercard at this time.
Q: Do you offer foil for standard wrappers?
.
A:
Since Hershey changed the packaging on their wrappers, they no longer have the foil ends so many people like. As a result, MiniWrappers4You now provides silver foil that you can wrap the bar with prior to adding your personalized wrapper. At this time we carry silver foil, but will be adding other color options soon. If you would like us to custom order another color foil for your bar, we'd be happy to do so but please allow 2 weeks extra for shipping.
The miniatures currently still have the foil ends which will be visible when you wrap the bars with your personalized wrapper.
Q: Can I purchase graphics found on the site from you?

Sorry, the graphics used have been purchased elsewhere and we do not legally own it to sell it.
If you need to know where a specific graphic was purchased from, please email us and we will try to assist you.
Q: Can I get samples from you?

A:
Sure! We can email samples if you'd like to see something before you purchase. If you prefer to see something in person, we'd be happy to send you samples via mail as well. Email us with what you are looking for and your address. All samples will come watermarked with "sample" on them to protect our designs.

Q: How do I delete items in my cart?

A:
If you change your mind and want to delete items in your cart, just change the quantity next to the item to 0 and hit recalcualate.
Q: A note about shipping.....
.
A:
First class shipping can take anywhere from 3-5 days on average. If you absolutely need your wrappers sooner than that, please upgrade to Priority mail service or even Express service. You also MUST note on your order a date you need them by; if the date you need your wrappers by is 10 days or less from the date you are placing your order, you must upgrade to Priority Shipping. Once orders are shipped, we cannot control how fast or slow they get to you and will NOT offer refunds unless we are at fault. Please keep in mind your event date when choosing your shipping option.
Q: Refund Policy

A:
Refunds will not be given since you are ordering a personalized product. Refunds will only be given if the wrapper you receive absolutely does not look like the sample you got via email. It is your responsibility to proofread the samples sent to you and notify us of any errors. If you do request a refund for something that is our error, all wrappers must be returned in the original packaging before a refund will be issued. Additional shipping charges such as Priority or Express Shipping will not be refunded.
